Pathways we evaluate

EB-3 Schedule A

Often the strongest path for professional nurses and physical therapists with NCLEX, VisaScreen, and employer sponsorship.

TN Visa

A clearer route for eligible Canadian and Mexican nurses and therapists with U.S. licensure.

H-1B

Better fit for advanced-practice or specialized healthcare roles. Typical bedside RN H-1B fit is often weak.

Cap-Exempt H-1B

May apply for certain academic medical centers, research hospitals, and university-affiliated employers.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. This tool provides general information only. Consult a licensed immigration attorney for case-specific guidance.

What data do you collect?

We collect credential status metadata, contact details, and preferences. We do not ask for passport numbers or SSN in the free check.

How fast is the paid report delivered?

Early access reports are delivered within 48-72 hours by email as a PDF.

Should every RN pursue H-1B?

Usually not. Many bedside RN roles are a weak H-1B fit. EB-3 Schedule A or TN may be more realistic depending on your profile.

Do you guarantee sponsorship?

No. We help you understand readiness and next steps. We do not guarantee visas, jobs, or employer sponsorship.
